Role Overview
We are looking for a Business Analyst to contribute to ERP and healthcare reporting projects across various organizations. This position involves collecting reporting needs, deconstructing current reports, detailing business logic and data transformations, and assisting implementation teams in creating reporting and dashboard solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Collect and document reporting requirements from business stakeholders.
- Analyze and reverse-engineer existing reports, key performance indicators (KPIs), and data transformation logic.
- Convert business requirements into precise specifications and handover documentation for BI developers.
- Verify dashboards and reports against defined business requirements.
- Act as a liaison between business users and technical teams.
- Assist with User Acceptance Testing (UAT), issue resolution, and obtaining stakeholder approval.
Required Skills & Experience
- Proficiency in SQL.
- Hands-on experience with Power BI or comparable BI/data visualization tools.
- Experience with ERP, finance, data warehousing, or enterprise reporting systems.
- Exceptional communication, stakeholder management, and documentation abilities.
- Capacity to thrive in dynamic and uncertain settings.
Preferred Qualifications
- Familiarity with healthcare systems or healthcare reporting environments.
- Exposure to Oracle Finance or similar ERP systems.
- Foundational knowledge of Python.
