Job Overview

We are seeking fresher or experienced professionals for the role of Business Development Executive focused on US IT Staffing. This position operates in the night shift (6:30 PM to 3:30 AM IST) at our Kolkata office. The candidate’s core responsibility entails generating new business, cultivating client relationships, and enhancing revenue streams within the US market.

Key Responsibilities

• Proactively generate leads through cold calling, email campaigns, professional networks such as LinkedIn, and various sales techniques.
• Promote and market bench consultants (including those on H1B, OPT, GC, and US citizens) to staffing vendors, clients, and implementation partners.
• Identify client staffing needs and assign appropriate consultants within specified deadlines.
• Collaborate with recruiters and consultants for scheduling interviews, availability, and successful onboarding.
• Utilize well-known job portals like Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, and LinkedIn for sourcing opportunities.
• Maintain thorough tracking of submissions, interviews, and placements on an ongoing basis.
• Maintain a solid knowledge of US work authorizations such as H1B, OPT, CPT, GC, and USC statuses.
• Understand relevant tax classifications including W2, C2C, and 1099 arrangements.

Candidate Requirements

• Graduation in any discipline is mandatory.
• Highly motivated and goal-oriented with the ability to work independently.
• Willingness and ability to work night shifts from 6:30 PM to 3:30 AM IST.
• Strong communication and negotiation capabilities.
