Job Role and Key Responsibilities

• Engage with potential clients such as apartment associations, property developers, and corporate procurement leaders to demonstrate and explain the company’s service offerings, while assessing their requirements.
• Develop and deliver sales proposals; maintain communication and follow-ups leading to successful closure of sales deals.
• Draft, review, and finalize contractual agreements with customers ensuring compliance and mutual understanding.
• Perform lead generation and arrange meetings primarily through cold calling techniques.
• Discover and pursue new business opportunities by leveraging cold calls, professional networking, and social media channels.

Candidate Eligibility and Experience

Applicants must have at least one year of relevant work experience. Eligible candidates are those based in Chennai, Hyderabad, Vijayawada, or Bangalore.
