About the Role
FastJobs, a part of FastCo, is Southeast Asia's premier non-executive job platform linking blue-collar workers with reputable employers in Singapore and Malaysia. As we expand rapidly in Singapore, we seek a proactive Business Development Executive/Manager to drive new revenue streams within the Singapore market. Reporting directly to the Director of Sales, this role encompasses end-to-end sales responsibilities and offers significant influence over our Singapore growth strategy.
Candidate Profile
- Motivated self-starter with a minimum of three years' experience in sales demonstrating consistent achievement of targets
- Expertise in developing and nurturing client relationships
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Familiarity with CRM tools like HubSpot or Salesforce, plus proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace
- Comprehensive understanding of Singapore’s business environment and market dynamics, with recruitment or staffing industry experience considered advantageous
- Ability to adapt, persist, and thrive in a fast-moving, challenging workplace
Key Responsibilities
- Identify prospective clients via multiple channels and perform market research to pinpoint target sectors
- Formulate and implement effective sales strategies to generate new business
- Conduct engaging product demonstrations and presentations
- Lead contract negotiations and secure deals
- Establish enduring client partnerships, ensuring outstanding customer service and ongoing support
- Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to facilitate seamless sales processes while managing pipeline and customer information in CRM systems
