• Lead efforts in recruiting couriers and maintain partnerships with courier companies.
• Enhance and streamline operational workflows related to courier acquisition, planning, support, fleet oversight, and partner collaboration.
• Analyze various customer segments to attract and grow new client bases.
• Utilize data-driven insights to boost precision, efficiency, safety, and overall optimization of warehouse and last-mile logistics.
• Continuously monitor and assess key performance indicators across all courier company partners.

Required Qualifications

• Proficient English communication skills, both spoken and written.
• A fast learner eager to acquire new capabilities.
• Demonstrated team-working abilities combined with self-driven initiative.
• One to two years' experience in sales, customer service, or related disciplines is advantageous.
• Specific exposure to ride-hailing operations, customer support, or sales roles.
• Effective negotiation and interpersonal communication skills, particularly in cross-functional environments.
• Competence in conducting detailed service and product analyses to identify strengths and areas for improvement.
• Experience handling large datasets and extracting meaningful, action-oriented insights from them.
