Role Overview
This is a full-time, traveling field sales position for a Business Development Manager who will work directly with facility personnel. The main focus is to create new business opportunities with selected skilled nursing facilities and help expand the practice into new states.
What You’ll Do
- Identify and pursue prospective skilled nursing facility leads from a pre-selected target list.
- Arrange introductory meetings with facility staff and decision-makers.
- Build, track, and maintain a sales pipeline in HubSpot CRM.
- Revisit older opportunities and continue nurturing them toward conversion.
- Develop relationships with providers, facility leaders, and other stakeholders.
- Represent the company on-site and collaborate with clinical, operational, and administrative teams.
Requirements
- Background in business development, sales, or account management, ideally in healthcare or a related service field.
- Strong ability to build trust, network effectively, and manage stakeholder relationships.
- Confident communication skills, including presenting ideas and handling professional correspondence.
- Experience working with structured sales pipelines and CRM systems.
- Good organization and time management, with the ability to juggle priorities and meet deadlines.
- Comfort with travel and working directly on-site with facility teams.
- A kind, curious attitude when facing rejection.
- Persistence and a strong willingness to learn about the industry in depth.
Compensation and Benefits
The role offers commission potential in excess of $100,000 per year, with a stated pay range of USD 100,000 to 150,000 annually for remote work.
