Role Overview

The Butler's role involves anticipating and collecting information on guest preferences throughout their stay, ensuring suites meet guest requirements before arrival, warmly welcoming guests at the entrance, escorting them to their suite, facilitating in-room check-ins, handling luggage according to guest preferences, managing dry cleaning and laundry requests, preparing guest schedules including reservations and activities, and coordinating with other departments as needed.

Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate holds a bachelor's degree in hospitality management or a related field, possesses at least two years of experience as a butler, and demonstrates excellent teamwork and organizational capabilities. They can multitask efficiently, maintain a positive outlook, and have strong command of English. The individual should be a strategic thinker with creativity, able to adapt quickly to changing circumstances, meticulous and hands-on, enthusiastic about engaging with guests and empathetic to their needs.
