Key Responsibilities

• Strictly follow Food Safety Protocols, Standard Operating Procedures, Health and Safety standards, company policies, and participate in related programs.
• Deliver excellent customer service to fulfill customer needs and enhance customer loyalty.
• Maintain cleanliness and an organized, presentable work area.
• Handle and complete customer bakery orders efficiently.
• Execute merchandising strategies and program implementation for bakery products.
• Manage handling and preparation of bakery items.
• Promote bakery products actively to increase store sales.
• Assist in training less experienced team members.
• Order and receive inventory adhering to company inventory controls when necessary.
• Manage department product shrink.
• Ensure a safe and clean working environment in line with company requirements.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

• Capability to work independently while managing tasks in a fast-paced setting.
