Work Schedule

  • Morning Bake/AM Bake shifts may start between 12:00 AM and 4:00 AM

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Create a diverse range of standard and customized baked goods following recipes and standard procedures, including cakes, cookies, pies, bars, puddings, and buttercreams.
  • Efficiently mix, bake, assemble, decorate, and inscribe baked items as required.
  • Monitor inventory levels and communicate restock needs to the Manager on Duty.
  • Complete work shifts, fulfill orders, and manage production according to schedules.
  • Ensure all food handling and storage complies with relevant food safety regulations.
  • Operate and maintain bakery equipment such as mixers, ovens, sheeters, dishwashers, and grease traps.
  • Perform dishwashing duties when necessary.
  • Assist the guest service team by supporting customer interactions as needed.

Qualifications

  • At least one year of culinary experience, with a preference for pastry or baking background.
  • Competence in operating bakery equipment safely and effectively.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Flexibility to work in multiple regional locations as required.
