Role Overview
We are seeking enthusiastic and dependable cleaners to join our Auckland team. This part-time position offers shifts on weekends from 11:00 PM to 7:30 AM with an hourly rate of $26. The ideal candidate thrives in fast-paced settings, demonstrates meticulous attention to detail, and is passionate about maintaining clean, welcoming spaces.
Primary Duties
- Perform thorough general cleaning tasks to high standards
- Conduct spot cleaning of furnishings
- Sweep and mop floors efficiently
- Clean toilets thoroughly
- Collect and dispose of rubbish properly
- Clean internal and external glass surfaces
- Dust all hard surfaces
Candidate Requirements
- Minimum two years’ experience in commercial cleaning, with car park cleaning and operation of ride-on sweepers preferred
- Possess a full, valid driver’s license
- Flexible availability to work overnight shifts, including weekends and public holidays
- Strong commitment to health and safety regulations
- Ability to work independently with minimal oversight while also fitting well into a team environment
- Demonstrate reliability, punctuality, and strong workload management skills
- Excellent command of English for communication and training purposes
- Must be aged 18 or above compliant with company health and safety policies
- Hold valid work authorization for New Zealand
