Role Overview

We are inviting applications for Chef roles—including Cooks and Chef de Parties—to join our vibrant kitchen team in Marlow. This position offers a chance to contribute to maintaining the high standards Everyman is known for and to grow within a dynamic and expanding business focused on its people.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate closely with the Head Chef to ensure all kitchen output meets stringent quality standards.
• Prepare a range of menu items, including burgers, pizzas, and sharing plates, delighting guests with delicious offerings.
• Contribute to a seamless guest dining experience through consistent food preparation and kitchen teamwork.

Candidate Profile

• Positive, energetic individuals passionate about food, hospitality, and customer service.
• Strong team players who can also work independently with an adaptable and diligent mindset.
• Previous kitchen experience such as Sous Chef, Line Chef, Chef de Partie, or Cook is preferred but not mandatory.
