Chemistry Expert – AI Model Evaluation

About the Role

This fully remote contractual position seeks individuals holding a PhD in Chemistry or related scientific fields to contribute their expertise in the advancement of next-generation AI systems. The primary responsibility involves applying deep chemistry knowledge to review, create, and enhance AI training content, with no prerequisite experience in AI necessary.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze and verify the chemistry-related materials utilized for AI training purposes.
• Develop and refine scientific queries, detailed explanations, and problem solutions reflective of chemistry expertise.
• Maintain the precision, quality, and uniformity of chemistry datasets integrated into AI models.
• Offer specialized feedback to enhance the overall performance and accuracy of AI algorithms.
• Work collaboratively with interdisciplinary teams engaged in AI project developments.

Candidate Requirements

• Doctorate degree in Chemistry or a closely related scientific branch.
• Between four to ten years of combined academic, research, or industry exposure in chemistry.
• Comprehensive proficiency in fundamental chemistry areas complemented by strong scientific writing capabilities.
• Exceptional abilities in analysis, communication, and critical reasoning.
• Capability to operate independently with meticulous attention to detail.
• Prior experience or knowledge of Artificial Intelligence or Machine Learning is beneficial but not mandatory.
