Role Overview and Responsibilities
The Chief Technology Officer will manage IT and backend operations, including Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC/GRT) data entry, barcode generation, purchase order creation, order verification, stock transfers, and inventory tracking. This position involves coordinating backend activities seamlessly across multiple stores, warehouses, and vendors to ensure smooth operational flow. A sound understanding of fashion retail ERP systems is essential to succeed in this role.
