About the Role

Become an essential part of shaping children's daily experiences. As a Child Care Assistant, you will support children as they develop new abilities, form connections, and build confidence. Your role involves creating a safe and welcoming atmosphere where every child feels valued, supported, and ready to engage.

Key Responsibilities

Working alongside qualified educators, you will assist in implementing educational and care programs designed to foster learning, development, and wellbeing. Your duties include supervising children during both indoor and outdoor activities, preparing necessary materials and resources, helping with structured learning experiences, and contributing observations that inform children's developmental documentation. You will also be responsible for maintaining a clean, safe, and organized environment and supporting children's comfort and daily routines.

Collaborative Engagement

Engage closely with families to share insights about their child's day and ensure individual needs are met. You will offer activity ideas, support the delivery of developmentally appropriate programs, and cooperate as part of a team to provide consistent, high-quality care.
