Job Overview
This opportunity is specifically open to individuals affiliated with the military community, including Veterans, Transitioning Military personnel, National Guard and Reserve Members, Military Spouses, Wounded Warriors, and caregivers. The position entails remote work within the United States but excludes applicants residing in OCONUS, Flagstaff (AZ), Denver (CO), Edgewater (CO), California, District of Columbia, Illinois, Montana, North Dakota, Rhode Island, and Seattle (WA).
Primary Responsibilities
- Serve as the main liaison for customers, policyholders, carrier partners, and internal teams throughout the claim process.
- Provide outstanding customer service with clear, prompt, and accurate communication.
- Actively listen to and identify customer needs to foster positive experiences and trust.
- Manage inbound and outbound communications via telephone and other authorized channels.
- Schedule property inspections and assist with service-related requests efficiently and professionally.
- Address inquiries regarding appointment times, technician arrival, inspection reports, and related services.
- Properly escalate unresolved matters following company protocols.
- Maintain precise documentation of all interactions and related actions within company systems.
- Use multiple software applications and technologies simultaneously to ensure data accuracy and timely responses.
- Contribute feedback and insights on customer trends and recurring issues to leadership.
- Participate in ongoing training, coaching, and quality assurance efforts to consistently meet team and departmental goals.
- Cultivate a productive and positive team environment, supporting company culture and service excellence.
Qualifications and Skills
- High School Diploma or GED mandatory.
- Experience in customer service, call centers, administrative support, retail, hospitality, or similar environments preferred.
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic, customer-centered setting is advantageous.
- Excellent verbal and written communication capabilities.
- Strong interpersonal skills coupled with effective problem-solving and decision-making competencies.
- Capability to multitask attentively and manage time effectively.
- Adaptability to shifting priorities and business demands.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently as well as collaboratively.
- Organizational skills to maintain structured and detailed work.
- Required hardware includes a laptop or desktop computer, an additional monitor, and a noise-cancelling headset.
Work Schedule and Details
- Hourly wage of $18 per hour.
- Start date scheduled for August 7, 2026.
- Initial training period spans approximately 4 weeks, Monday through Friday, from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM EST.
- Post-training work shifts range between 7:00 AM and 9:00 PM EST, seven days a week.

- Remote work requires a private and dedicated workspace free from interruptions.
