Role Overview
We are looking for a Client Relationship Manager based in Corby who excels in cultivating client partnerships and driving commercial success. This role involves complete accountability for client relationships, ensuring alignment with business goals and enhancing profitability.
Key Responsibilities
- Assume full commercial accountability for client relationships, managing profit and loss, pricing strategies, and ensuring profitability.
- Lead and mentor a high-performing team focused on client success and satisfaction.
- Supervise service delivery and operations, tracking SLA compliance, KPI performance, and client feedback.
- Organize and lead monthly and quarterly business review meetings, representing the company in client discussions.
- Collaborate internally to support project management efforts related to new business and client-specific initiatives.
- Strategically plan for account development, identifying growth opportunities and additional service offerings.
- Anticipate and manage risks and issues, creating mitigation strategies and contingency plans.
- Efficiently handle and resolve client escalations ensuring timely responses.
Required Qualifications and Skills
- Established experience in managing customer accounts, particularly with complaint resolution and solution enhancement.
- Strong understanding of profit and loss management, invoicing processes, and client account handling.
- Professional background in manufacturing, logistics, or distribution sectors.
- Excellent business insight combined with strategic planning skills.
- Outstanding verbal and written communication capabilities.
- Proven leadership experience in developing and motivating teams.
- Customer-focused approach with a dedication to nurturing enduring client relationships.
Additional Information
- Work schedule: 40 hours weekly, Monday to Friday, from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM.
- Salary up to £60,000 per year.
- Benefit package includes 25 days of annual leave plus eight bank holidays, with the option to buy an extra five days.
