Role Overview
As a Co-Founder based onsite in Accra, you will be instrumental in defining the company's vision, strategy, and operational progress. Duties include managing daily operations such as conducting market research, fostering partnerships, and engaging with various stakeholders. You will partner in shaping product strategies, developing go-to-market plans, and supporting fundraising and investor relationships. Leading and nurturing a compact, efficient team while aligning business objectives with social impact is essential. The role involves active participation in sales and marketing efforts, continual analysis of user feedback, and representing the organization at events and community forums.
