Company & Role Details
- FCS (First Credit Services): Focuses on first party credit card collections (C1B) requiring candidates with a minimum of 6 months international BPO experience. Candidates should have at least SSC/HSC/graduate qualifications and be up to 40 years old. Salary ranges from up to ₹22,000 for freshers to ₹40,000 for experienced, with night shifts and a potential work from home option after 6 months contingent on performance.
- Epicenter International: Seeking collections executives or senior collections executives with a minimum 1 year of BPO collections experience and strong English communication and negotiation skills. The salary is competitive and open based on experience and interview performance, with immediate joining preferred.
- Cholamandalam: Offers fresher positions for candidates with average Hindi communication skills. Located in Thane, salary is ₹14,800 in-hand plus ₹15,300 gross.
- Fatak Pay Digital: Requires HSC or graduate candidates or those with 6 months to 1 year experience especially with English language skills. The salary is ₹24,000 in-hand, shift timings are from 10 AM to 7 PM Monday to Saturday. Benefits include ₹25 Lakh medical insurance, a monthly attendance incentive of ₹1,000, and an annual company trip.
