Binance Accelerator Program Overview

The Binance Accelerator Program (BAP) is a 3 to 6-month internship initiative targeting early-career professionals eager to gain direct experience in the dynamic digital assets sector. Participants will develop skills by working within Binance's cutting-edge blockchain ecosystem, alongside opportunities to network and build competencies that propel their careers forward.

Eligibility

The program is open to current university students and recent graduates. Employment will comply with contractual terms and applicable local laws.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Binance's global KYC team on ongoing customer identity assessments and compliance reviews, including internal audits and ad hoc data evaluations.
• Evaluate the quality standards of compliance vendors.
• Ensure all activities align with anti-money laundering (AML) policies and established KYC procedures.
• Respond promptly to internal and external inquiries concerning KYC and customer due diligence (CDD).
• Detect, investigate, and report any compliance concerns related to KYC controls.
• Proactively propose enhancements to workflows, operational procedures, and compliance processes.
• Perform related administrative and support duties aligned with business needs.

Candidate Requirements

• Background or studies in legal or compliance disciplines.
• Proficiency in English is essential for effective coordination with international partners; knowledge of French, Italian, or Spanish is a plus.
• Comfortable with IT tools and capable of independently managing assigned tasks.
• Familiarity with local laws, regulations, directives, and virtual currency regulatory frameworks is highly advantageous.
