Role Overview
As a Construction Project Coordinator at Ecosystem, you will drive team efficiency by taking initiative, owning tasks, and ensuring smooth progression of work. You thrive in dynamic environments with evolving priorities, bringing clarity, structure, and momentum. Communication and adaptability are key, as you collaborate with diverse stakeholders and keep teams aligned.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage project schedules, meetings, and documentation in coordination with the Project Team, supporting design and construction phases.
- Facilitate tender and contract workflows by preparing RFPs, collecting bids, and consolidating bids for analysis.
- Organize and participate in project meetings, documenting key decisions, information, and actions clearly.
- Track project progress via status reports and maintain timely communication of updates.
- Create and manage Change Orders (COs) and Requests for Information (RFIs), maintaining budget accountability including forecasting cash flow.
- Systematically organize project documents, ensuring completeness and relevance.
- Ensure compliance with construction Occupational Health & Safety standards.
- Serve as a communication focal point to promote collaboration, maintain records, document quality, and sustain project momentum.
- Support team members in adopting project tools, processes, and systems.
Qualifications and Skills
- Minimum three years of experience in project coordination.
- Exceptional organizational abilities and capability to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.
- Excellent synthesis and communication skills to clearly convey complex information.
- Meticulous attention to detail with strong documentation and follow-up discipline.
- Client-focused communication approach.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite, particularly MS Project, Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- A proactive, ownership-oriented individual anticipating needs and driving project progress.
