About the Role

This opportunity is offered on behalf of a partner company seeking a Consulting and Operations/Delivery Associate based in the United States. This fully remote position supports the delivery of technology-driven solutions for complex client projects and combines elements of consulting, operations, project coordination, and data management. The role provides exposure to legal technology, software platforms, and extensive data workflows, emphasizing collaboration, attention to detail, problem-solving, and effective communication.

Key Responsibilities

• Facilitate planning and execution of project activities such as process design, managing work plans, schedules, and task assignments.
• Collect, organize, validate, and handle complex datasets from multiple sources and formats for platform integration.
• Conduct data analysis and reporting to aid project decision-making and enhance operational efficiency.
• Manage competing priorities across various projects while maintaining precise timelines and delivering consistent status reports.
• Engage in clear and professional communication with clients and internal teams, both written and verbal.
• Support client onboarding, platform adoption, and ongoing technological assistance.
• Address client questions promptly and maintain comprehensive project documentation including action plans and task lists.
• Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to meet shared objectives and ensure successful project outcomes.
• Contribute suggestions for process improvements and deepen understanding of operational impacts on business goals.

Candidate Requirements

• At least two years of professional experience in client project delivery, operations, project management, client success, or data management roles.
• Preferred bachelor's degree in fields such as economics, finance, data analysis, statistics, engineering, information technology, or related disciplines.
• Experience collaborating with client-facing teams, managing complex and varied datasets, and working with documented processes.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with aptitude for identifying challenges and implementing solutions.
• Proficiency in Excel at an intermediate level, including tables, arrays, conditional formatting, and pivot tables.
• Familiarity with project management tools like Lucidchart, ClickUp, or equivalent software.
• Interest or prior experience in technology-focused environments.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills paired with strong interpersonal abilities to foster trusted client and colleague relationships.
• Exceptional attention to detail and dedication to accuracy.
• Capability to work independently while also contributing effectively within a collaborative remote team setting.
