About the Role

Key Responsibilities

Design and implement strategies such as Answer Engine Optimization (AEO), Generative Engine Optimization (GEO), and AI Optimization (AIO) to boost presence on AI-centric search interfaces.
Track brand visibility and citation effectiveness on AI platforms, converting data into effective content enhancements.
Develop and sustain AI-supported content processes using tools like Claude for tasks including drafting, editing, tagging, and updating articles.
Set quality criteria and undertake thorough reviews to ensure AI-generated content aligns with brand consistency and accuracy.
Oversee content updating protocols to preserve relevance and performance of existing materials.
Supervise and coordinate freelance writers, agencies, video creators, and AI collaborators contributing to production.
Draft comprehensive briefs and editorial outlines to guide contributors accurately.
Proofread and edit all materials to guarantee clarity, factual correctness, and editorial integrity before publishing.
Mentor writers by delivering actionable critique to elevate content over time.
Support initiatives to expand digital communities through active participation in related online groups.
Collaborate with marketing and content teams to align on strategy, research topics, format preferences, and prioritization.

Candidate Profile

Demonstrated expertise in editorial functions combined with hands-on experience in AI-powered content workflows and SEO practices.
Proficient in utilizing Claude or analogous AI tools for optimizing content creation processes.
Thorough knowledge of AEO, GEO, and AIO methodologies and their effects on digital outreach.
Strong skills in writing, proofreading, editing, and quality controlling content.
Experience with technology or B2B SaaS content production environments.
In-depth understanding of SEO, keyword analysis, and content refinement tactics.
Familiarity with SEO and analytics platforms such as Ahrefs, Google Search Console, and Google Analytics.
Past roles managing external writers, agencies, or AI-assisted content producers.
Excellent project management abilities and independent prioritization skills.
Ability to provide constructive feedback and uphold elevated editorial standards.
Effective communication skills facilitating collaboration across multiple teams.
Knowledge of WordPress, content management systems, AI visibility tools, plus technical SEO audit software like Screaming Frog or SurferSEO is beneficial.
Preferably experienced working in fast-paced, AI-driven digital content environments.
