About the Company

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and track project budgets and cash flow, updating forecasts as necessary.
- Independently manage all pre- and post-contract aspects including project tendering, conducting tender interviews, coordinating with stakeholders, handling progress claims, variation orders, and final accounts.
- Partner with operations to design and implement standards, initiatives, or best practices, including new systems.
- Analyze current workflows and identify necessary changes for implementing new initiatives.
- Work cross-functionally with internal support teams to promote operational and service excellence.
- Conduct regular and ad hoc site inspections to ensure compliance with contractual, company, and regulatory standards.
- Address and resolve issues identified during inspections and audits.
- Strive for continual improvements in work processes to boost quality, productivity, and efficiency.
- Constantly evaluate procedures across accounts to establish best practices and uniformity.
- Ensure service delivery aligns with Elite’s vision and corporate strategy.
- Foster collaboration across support functions to drive service excellence.
- Encourage a culture centered on performance and service excellence within delivery and operations teams, emphasizing teamwork, transparency, and success.
- Provide all other administrative support as required.
Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related disciplines.
- At least three years’ experience in contract negotiation, administration, or management.
- Strong commercial insight, negotiation capabilities, and stakeholder engagement skills.
- High integrity, reliability, a sense of urgency, and goal-oriented mindset.
- Ability to work autonomously and multitask effectively in a fast-moving environment.
- Prior experience in the landscaping industry is preferred.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools such as Excel, Word, and Outlook.
