About the Role

We are seeking a Controller (m/w/d) based in Berlin to join a well-established, growth-oriented company. This role is part of an expansion of the finance team to strengthen financial management and contribute decisively to company decision-making through thorough analyses and insightful reporting.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, analyze, and enhance regular reports and management evaluations.
• Monitor and assess key corporate metrics.
• Support budget, forecasting, and planning procedures.
• Conduct ad-hoc analyses and profitability calculations.
• Participate in monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closings.
• Identify and implement improvements in existing reporting and controlling processes.
• Collaborate closely with various departments and key stakeholders.

Candidate Profile

• Completed degree in business administration, finance, controlling, or similar fields.
• 2 to 3 years of professional experience in controlling.
• Strong expertise in reporting and data analysis.
• Familiarity with ERP and reporting systems (e.g., NetSuite) is advantageous.
• Proficient in German (minimum B2 level) and fluent in English.
• Structured, independent working style.
• Strong analytical skills and a keen affinity for numbers.
