Role Overview
We are seeking a Culinary Administrative Assistant to provide comprehensive secretarial and coordination support to the Executive Chef and Culinary team. This role includes managing schedules, facilitating communications, and acting as the liaison between internal and external parties.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver secretarial assistance to the Executive Chef and culinary division.
- Assist with administrative tasks and coordinate office activities for the Executive Chef.
- Engage effectively with various internal and external stakeholders.
- Organize and maintain the Executive Chef's schedule and appointments.
- Draft and prepare communications as directed by the Executive Chef.
- Arrange meetings and coordinate logistics for appointments.
- Provide operational support to the Culinary department as necessary.
