Overview
Art Box Studio, located in Doha, Qatar, is seeking a dynamic and proactive Customer Service Representative to join their team in a full-time, onsite capacity. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication abilities, a positive demeanor, and a strong commitment to delivering exceptional customer care.
Key Responsibilities
- Promptly handle incoming customer calls and messages.
- Address customer inquiries throughout all stages including before, during, and after business hours.
- Follow up with patrons about bookings, pottery item collections, orders, and general queries.
- Organize and manage delivery arrangements, refunds, exchanges, and other client requests.
- Maintain and update comprehensive customer records accurately.
- Oversee and support the customer loyalty program initiatives.
- Communicate appropriately, courteously, and swiftly with all customers.
Candidate Requirements
- Proficiency in both Arabic and English languages is mandatory.
- Exceptional written and oral communication skills.
- Possessing a friendly, upbeat, and customer-centric attitude.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and responsiveness.
- Ability to multitask and professionally address customer issues.
- Prior experience in customer service is advantageous.
Working Schedule
- Full-time role with 6-hour shifts spanning 5 days weekly at the shop location.
- Additional responsibility includes monitoring and responding to customer communications outside regular shop hours to ensure continuous support.
Compensation and Benefits
- A monthly remuneration of QAR 1,800 during the initial 3-month probationary period.
- Post-probation salary increment to QAR 2,000 per month.
- The salary is fixed and not subject to negotiation.
- Possibility of sponsorship transfer after successfully completing the probation phase.
