Role Overview and Responsibilities
This opportunity is exclusively for fresh graduates passing out in 2025 or 2026. The candidate will be responsible for handling customer inquiries by identifying and clarifying their requirements, conducting research to provide accurate information, and resolving issues through exploring alternatives and escalating where necessary. The role also involves completing customer requests and managing transactional processes. Additionally, candidates will be engaged in outbound sales calls to customers.
Core Competencies
- Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi; knowledge of local languages is advantageous.
- Demonstrates empathy, patience, and strong problem-solving abilities.
- Maintains high attention to detail and follows established process disciplines.
- Proficient in basic telephone manners and possesses foundational computer skills.
- Ability to effectively read, write, and speak English as per business requirements.
- Decision-making skills complemented by numerical aptitude and logical reasoning.
- Strong focus on customer satisfaction and attentiveness during interactions.
Additional Information
Fluency in both English and Hindi is mandatory for this role.
