About the Role

The position is a contract role for 12 months through Aarvi Encon, with possibilities for extension. This opportunity is based in Mumbai (Airoli) and involves working onsite from Monday to Friday with a 26-day annual leave entitlement on a prorated basis. Insurance benefits include Group Personal Accident coverage up to 10 Lakhs and Group Medical Coverage up to 1 Lakh.

Work Details and Schedule

• Working hours are 8.5 hours per day, which includes a 30-minute break.
• Shift timings vary by region: APAC shift (4:30 AM / 5:30 AM to 2 PM / 3:30 PM) with cab pickup, EMEA shift (11:30 AM / 12 Noon to 8:30 PM / 9:30 PM) with cab drop, and North America & Latin America shift (4:30 PM / 5:30 PM to 1:30 AM / 2 AM) with cab transportation.
• Immediate joiners or candidates able to join within one month are preferred.

Job Responsibilities and Requirements

The role involves handling Order to Cash (O2C) operations, requiring a clear understanding of O2C lifecycle, international shipping documents, import/export terms (Incoterms), payment mechanisms including Letters of Credit, order entry, and fulfillment processes. Candidates must exhibit strong English communication skills and be flexible to work in different timezone shifts.

Qualifications and Experience

• BE / B.Tech / Diploma holders or Undergraduates.
• At least 1 year of professional experience in O2C operations.
• Preferred candidates have exposure to international sea or air freight, logistics, supply chain, or chemical industries with global import/export shipping experience.
• Experience using CRM software is an added plus.
