Policy Bazaar Insurance Brokers Pvt. Ltd., based in Sector 44, Gurugram, invites motivated and client-oriented candidates to join as Customer Service Executives. This full-time role involves managing customer queries and promoting sales across multiple communication channels. The position blends responsibilities across customer interaction and sales support, offering opportunities for personal and professional growth within an engaging work setting.

Primary Responsibilities

• Respond to customer questions through telephone, email, and chat platforms.
• Provide customers with comprehensive details about available insurance products and services.
• Support customers in making well-informed insurance decisions.
• Accurately maintain records of customer communications and transactions.
• Address and resolve complaints efficiently and courteously.
• Work collaboratively with colleagues to enhance overall customer satisfaction.

Candidate Requirements

• Possess between zero to four years of experience in customer service or sales roles.
• Exhibit strong communication and interpersonal capabilities.
• Capable of managing high-pressure situations and effectively resolving conflicts.
• Familiar with fundamental computer operations and CRM software.
• Demonstrate keen problem-solving skills and meticulous attention to detail.
• Minimum education includes a High School Diploma; a Bachelor's degree is advantageous.

Working Conditions

• The workweek consists of six days.
• Note that all interviews are conducted in person; virtual interviews are not offered.

Additional Information

Salary range for this position is between ₹250,000 to ₹400,000 annually, commensurate with experience levels.
