About the Role
Join JazzUpCo, a rapidly expanding home and dining brand focused on modern tableware design, as a Customer Support Representative. This fully remote position offers an exciting chance to contribute to the operational backbone of a fast-growing global brand, engaging directly with customers and supporting backend processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Address customer queries through email, social media, and chat platforms, utilizing tools like Gorgias.
- Provide empathetic and effective resolution to customer concerns, ensuring a positive experience.
- Collaborate with warehouse and logistics teams for efficient order fulfillment and tracking.
- Monitor customer reviews to identify trends, providing suggestions for system improvements.
- Manage daily operational tasks including returns tracking and record updates to maintain organization.
- Work alongside the team to enhance standard operating procedures and backend workflows.
- Serve as the customers' advocate by conveying feedback to help refine the business processes.
Candidate Profile
- Excellent communicator with a patient, warm, and clear approach.
- Highly reliable and detail-focused, maintaining organization and follow-through.
- Comfortable with technology and process-driven environments, familiar with tools such as Notion, Slack, and Gorgias.
