Dance Teacher

About the Role

Kinderdance is seeking passionate and energetic dance instructors dedicated to nurturing confidence, creativity, and a lifelong passion for movement in children between the ages of 2 and 10.

Key Responsibilities

• Create engaging and joyful learning experiences centered on dance, singing, storytelling, and imaginative play.
• Develop a warm, safe, and encouraging environment where every child feels appreciated and supported.
• Maintain effective classroom management, ensuring a positive, dynamic atmosphere conducive to learning.
• Demonstrate dance movements actively and guide children through exercises with energy and enthusiasm.
• Communicate professionally and confidently with children, parents, and school personnel.
• Take full responsibility for the management and delivery of classes.

Requirements

• Strong affection for working with young children (2 to 10 years).
• Patient, kind, and nurturing demeanor with excellent interpersonal skills.
• Ability to adapt and be open to training in the internationally recognized Kinderdance curriculum and teaching methods.
• Preferred backgrounds include Dance, Performing Arts, Physical Education, Early Childhood Education, or related fields.
• Experience in teaching children in schools, preschools, activity centers, or dance studios is advantageous; however, enthusiastic beginners with great communication skills are encouraged to apply.
