The Infrastructure Operations (Data Center) Team is fundamental to AWS, supporting the growing AWS business and customers continuously. About the Program

The Data Center Engineering Operation (DCEO) trainee program spans 12 months. Candidates selected will undergo training and development, with their progress assessed at the end of the program to determine suitability for full-time employment at Amazon.

Qualifications

• Educational background in any engineering field.
• Strong detail orientation and the ability to prioritize effectively within a fast-paced and complex setting.

Preferred Qualifications

• Degree or diploma in Electrical & Electronics, Mechanical, Building Services, Facilities Management, or related engineering disciplines.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Previous experience in Data Center Engineering or Operations is advantageous.
