Job Role and Location
We are seeking a Data Engineer with 5 to 7 years of experience specializing in Oracle Data Integrity, SQL, ETL development, and business intelligence analytics. The role is based in Bengaluru, India, with a hybrid working model requiring 3 days onsite weekly.

Key Responsibilities
- Create, maintain, and improve reports and dashboards using Oracle BI, Power BI, and Alteryx tools.
- Develop automation solutions for reporting and workflows leveraging the Microsoft Power Platform and Alteryx.
- Construct and optimize ETL data pipelines through Oracle Data Integrator (ODI), ensuring efficient data transformations.
- Maintain data integrity, quality, and accessibility across various reporting frameworks.
- Engage with business stakeholders to understand analytical requirements and translate them into technical deliverables.
- Collaborate with global, cross-functional teams to align data solutions with business objectives.
Experience and Skills Requirements
- 5 to 7 years of professional experience in Data Engineering.
- Proficient in Oracle Data Integrity management and Oracle SQL for database querying.
- Comprehensive understanding of data logic concepts and validation techniques.
- Hands-on ETL development expertise, particularly with Oracle Data Integrator preferred.
- Familiarity with BI and analytics tools such as Power BI, Oracle BI (OBI/OAS), Alteryx, and Microsoft Power Platform is advantageous.
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and troubleshooting capabilities.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to manage stakeholder relationships effectively.
Educational Qualifications
Preferred degrees include Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) or Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech). Degrees such as B.Sc or BCA are not preferred.
