Data Entry Operator (Advanced Excel)

Job Summary

We are looking for a diligent Data Entry Operator proficient in Advanced Excel to join our team on a full-time basis. The role involves handling large volumes of data with precision and generating timely reports to support business functions.

Key Responsibilities

• Accurately enter and update data into Excel sheets and internal company databases.
• Prepare Management Information System (MIS) reports on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
• Manage extensive data sets ensuring high levels of accuracy.
• Utilize advanced Excel features such as VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, IF statements, SUMIF, COUNTIF, and Pivot Tables to organize and analyze data effectively.
• Conduct data cleaning, sorting, filtering, and reconciliation tasks to maintain data integrity.
• Keep thorough records and documentation related to data and reporting activities.
• Collaborate with other internal departments to fulfill data and report requests promptly.
• Complete all assigned responsibilities within established deadlines.

Qualifications and Experience

• A graduate or diploma holder in any discipline.
• Minimum of one year of relevant experience working in Data Entry, MIS reporting, or utilizing Advanced Excel functions.

Skills and Competencies

• Strong command of Advanced Excel capabilities.
• Familiarity with complex Excel formulas and pivot table creation.
• Good typing speed coupled with precise data entry skills.
• Exceptional attention to detail ensuring accuracy in all tasks.
• Effective communication and coordination skills for interdepartmental collaboration.

Compensation

The salary range offered for this position is between 15,000 and 20,000 INR per month.
