We value dedication and pride in our work environment. As a Deep Cleaner at Boomtown Bossier City, you will be responsible for thoroughly cleaning guest rooms, hallways, elevators, and service areas to maintain high standards of cleanliness and guest satisfaction.

Key Duties

• Comply with all departmental and property policies concerning guest service excellence.
• Perform deep cleaning tasks on guest rooms, public areas, and elevators according to company standards.
• Keep guest rooms and common areas neat, clean, and visually appealing.
• Report any safety hazards or maintenance needs to supervisors promptly.
• Maintain and restock cleaning carts with supplies and solutions regularly.
• Adhere strictly to uniform guidelines and attend scheduled departmental meetings.
• Log cleaned rooms and report room status accurately on Room Attendant documentation.
• Respond to guest inquiries or direct them to appropriate personnel for further assistance.
• Handle all company information with confidentiality.
• Perform additional related duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications

• A High School Diploma or equivalent is preferred.
• At least six months of prior cleaning experience is desirable.
• Effective communication skills in English, both written and spoken, are required.
• Strong customer service abilities are essential.
• Good time management skills with the capacity to maintain consistent quality and pace of work.
• Capability to recognize situations that require notifying supervisors.
• Ability to learn and follow specific cleaning procedures and verbal instructions.
• Physical ability to meet the job’s essential functions.
• Willingness and flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
