Role Overview

We are looking for Delivery Partners in Lucknow responsible for collecting food or grocery orders from designated restaurants or dark stores and ensuring timely, safe delivery to customers following assigned routes via a mobile application.

Key Responsibilities

• Collect orders from assigned locations accurately.
• Ensure prompt and secure delivery of orders to customers.
• Use mobile app to navigate and adhere to delivery routes.
• Verify order contents before handing over to customers.
• Maintain professional conduct while interacting with customers.
• Comply with traffic regulations and company safety standards.

Eligibility Criteria

• Minimum age of 18 years.
• Any level of education is acceptable.
• Possession of an Android smartphone.
• Valid Aadhaar and PAN cards.
• Active bank account for payments.
• Ownership of a bicycle or motorbike as per role requirements.
• Driving license mandatory if operating a motorbike.

Working Hours and Earnings

• Flexible shifts are available, either full-time or part-time.
• Riders can select login hours based on their availability.
• Income depends on the number of deliveries, incentives, surge pricing, and bonuses during peak times.
• Payments may be disbursed weekly or at periodic intervals depending on arrangements.
