Position Overview
Join Cushing Terrell as a Design Professional to collaborate with project teams involved in architectural design, project development, preparation of construction documents, and construction administration. You will develop design and technical solutions under the guidance of a seasoned architect and may oversee junior Design Professionals and technical team members.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate effectively on all facets of architectural design.
- Deliver exceptional client experiences that stand out uniquely.
- Prepare and review construction documents with accuracy.
- Administer construction processes with relevant experience.
- Demonstrate strong design capabilities and technical proficiency using Autodesk, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, and advanced Revit skills.
Qualifications
- Degree from a NAAB-accredited architecture program.
- 0 to 6 years of architectural experience.
- Eagerness to contribute to expanding team expertise.
- Comfort with collaborative architectural design work.
- Enthusiasm for sharing knowledge and cooperative work.
- Strong verbal and written communication.
- Experience in commercial, food & beverage, or grocery sectors is advantageous.

Compensation and Benefits
The expected salary range for this role is $60,000 to $67,000 per year, adjusted by individual experience, licensure, and proficiency. The position is also eligible for an annual performance bonus. A competitive benefits package is offered along with diverse opportunities across locations and markets.
