Job Overview

This fully remote role involves creating sophisticated and innovative graphic design concepts for marketing and digital campaigns supporting blood donation initiatives. The designer will develop materials ranging from email and banner ads to digital brochures and newsletters, applying expertise in direct-to-consumer and B2B marketing formats. Projects require fresh, brand-consistent designs that solve complex communication challenges.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop inventive design solutions including key brand visuals and immersive graphic environments.
• Manage layout, design, and production workflows to deliver complex, high-quality graphic artwork.
• Produce impactful presentation materials that effectively convey design concepts.
• Collaborate with team members and external vendors to meet client needs and engagement goals.
• Stay informed on current trends, colors, technology, and related influences to inspire innovative designs.

Candidate Profile

• Bachelor's degree required.
• At least five years of relevant design experience or equivalent education and experience combination.
• Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication abilities.
• Exceptional presentation, analytical, and conceptual design skills.
• Capable of prioritizing and delivering tasks efficiently in fast-paced, high-pressure settings.
• Team player with the ability to collaborate effectively.
• Proficiency in HTML and CSS coding, Mac OS environment, Adobe Campaign, and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, After Effects).

Experience with WCAG 2.2 AA accessibility standards is a plus. Candidates must be authorized to work in the U.S.; visa sponsorship is not provided.

Additional Information

Travel may be required. The physical demands align with typical office conditions, including extended computer use and some travel. Flexibility is essential to meet unforeseen needs.

Compensation and Benefits

The starting salary range is $70,000 to $75,000 annually, with no bonus. Salaries correspond to the employee’s primary work location and depend on experience and skills. Benefits include medical, dental, vision coverage, health and flexible spending accounts, paid time off beginning at 19 days, 11 paid holidays, 401(k) with up to 6% match, paid family leave, employee assistance, disability insurance, and service awards.
