Role overview
One World Global Services LLC is looking for an experienced Dinka interpreter to support live call handling in a fully remote setup. The position is available as either full-time or part-time, and the work follows a defined schedule. Successful candidates should be ready to begin as soon as onboarding is completed.

Requirements
- English proficiency at around 90%
- A stable wired internet connection
- USB wired headset
- Computer running Windows 10 or MacOS
Responsibilities
- Handle calls in a professional manner while following the interpreter code of conduct
- Use the correct terminology for the relevant industry, especially healthcare and medical topics
- Participate in internal professional training
- Share updates and report to the team leader
Background and experience
- Strong command at a bilingual, native, or near-native level in both English and the target language
- At least 1 year of interpreting experience is preferred
- Ability to work well with people from different cultures and situations with emotional maturity
- Good communication, active listening, note-taking, and memory retention skills
