- Monitor external factors including raw material market trends, economic shifts, and logistics challenges, proposing mitigation strategies as needed.
- Oversee supplier transitions and manage material changes across various SKUs and markets.
Candidate Profile
The ideal candidate will hold a bachelor's degree in supply chain management, engineering, business, economics, or a related discipline; an MBA is preferred. Candidates should have over a decade of leadership experience in international or regional supply chain roles within quick service restaurants, foodservice, FMCG, or consumer packaged goods sectors.
Strong candidates demonstrate expertise in category strategy, global sourcing, and franchise supply chain collaboration, paired with the ability to navigate complex markets and lead transformational initiatives from the ground up.
Technical and Leadership Skills
- In-depth sourcing and procurement capabilities including RFP/RFI processes, contract negotiations, and total cost of ownership analyses.

- Extensive project management experience, with certification regarded as a plus.
- Willingness and capacity to travel 25%-50% across the APAC region with occasional travel to other geographies.
