직무 설명
Role Overview
We are seeking a Dispatch Support Administrator to assist with daily delivery coordination and dispatch management in a busy transport environment. This temporary onsite role requires someone ready to start immediately and contribute to smooth operational workflows.
Key Duties
- Assist dispatchers in organizing daily delivery schedules
- Update and process dispatch-related information accurately
- Prepare and manage all relevant dispatch documentation
- Perform data entry and keep systems current
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless operations
- Carry out general administrative tasks as needed
Candidate Profile
- Proficient with computers and quick to adapt to new software systems
- Meticulous with a strong focus on detail and organization
- Able to perform efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced setting
- Effective communicator both written and oral
- Experience or familiarity with transport or logistics is a plus but not mandatory
Working Hours and Employment Details
- Shift timing: 11:00 AM to 10:00 PM, Monday through Friday
- Temporary contract expected to last between 3 to 6 months
- Must be willing to work on weekends when required
- Immediate commencement is available
