Role Overview
ASIA Prime General Contracting Co. L.L.C. is seeking an Abu Dhabi-based Document Controller to support the handling and movement of project and company records within a main contracting environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Set up and keep a single, organized control system for company records, including drawings, specifications, vendor submittals, and related documentation.
- Record, monitor, and revise documents to maintain accuracy, version integrity, and complete traceability.
- Build and maintain a detailed register/database to track document status and revisions.
- Prepare and update a distribution matrix so controlled copies reach the correct internal and external stakeholders, including staff, contractors, suppliers, and clients.
- Coordinate the circulation, review, approval, and release of engineering, quality control, and supplier documents in line with project needs.
- Make sure document-handling processes run smoothly and remain aligned with company rules for both internal and external communication.
Requirements
- Candidates should be able to join immediately.
- Applicants must have 3 to 4 years of experience working with a main contracting company in the UAE.
- A bachelor's degree is required.
- Strong working knowledge of MS Office is necessary.

The role is for a full-time onsite employment arrangement.
