Role Overview
We are seeking a skilled Document Controller to join our team full-time, working on-site in Brisbane. This role involves managing documentation across a variety of engineering and design projects to ensure accuracy, control, and high-quality standards, supporting successful project outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver comprehensive document control support across various projects within a shared services framework.
- Assist project leads in managing document workflows, revision control, and quality assurance to maintain documentation accuracy and compliance.
- Collaborate closely with engineers and stakeholders to guarantee prompt dissemination and tracking of project documents.
- Foster a team-oriented environment by proactively supporting colleagues during peak times.
Desired Skills and Experience
- Proven experience in document control with a thorough understanding of revision management and document workflow procedures.
- Highly organized and proactive, capable of building strong professional relationships and facilitating successful project execution.
- Familiarity with Aconex is highly preferred; experience with TeamBinder is advantageous.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a dynamic setting.
