Job Overview
We are seeking a professional driver to transport company executives safely and punctually to various appointments, meetings, and commitments. The driver will ensure efficient navigation by staying informed about local traffic conditions and area knowledge.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide safe and timely transport for company executives to and from scheduled engagements.
- Maintain up-to-date familiarity with local roads and traffic to optimize travel routes.
- Ensure the vehicle is consistently clean and stocked with all necessary supplies.
- Follow all traffic rules and apply defensive driving practices.
- Assist passengers with luggage and any other assistance needed before and after trips.
- Manage the upkeep and repair compliance of the assigned vehicle.
- Keep detailed daily records, including mileage, fuel consumption, and any incidents or accidents.
- Promptly inform supervisors about vehicle issues or maintenance requirements.
- Occasionally undertake general administrative tasks, such as answering calls, scheduling, and document organization.
- Participate in mandatory safety training sessions and meetings.
- Adhere strictly to all company policies and procedures.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
