Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and enhance product listings on various ecommerce marketplaces including Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, Zepto, Blinkit, among others.
• Maintain high standards in product images and videos to improve product appeal and sales results.
• Create and manage promotional campaigns involving deals, coupons, and buy-one-get-one offers via marketplace platforms.
• Perform keyword research and apply SEO techniques to improve marketplace listing performance.
• Collaborate with the design team to develop listing images, creative content, banners, and advanced A+ content.
• Ensure all updates to listings are approved and made available live across marketplaces promptly.
• Monitor and report on performance metrics related to listings, advertising, and promotional efforts.
• Identify and fix listing errors, suppressions, and ensure compliance with marketplace policies.
• Analyze competitors’ listings, pricing, and promotional tactics to identify benchmarking and improvement opportunities.
• Handle buyer inquiries on Amazon with timely, professional, and precise responses.

Candidate Profile

• Possess an undergraduate or postgraduate degree in any discipline.
• Exhibit strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and familiar with reporting practices.
• Open to candidates with 0 to 1 year of professional experience; freshers are welcome.
• Demonstrate good communication and coordination abilities.
• Organized, proactive, and able to manage tasks efficiently.
• Preference given to candidates available for immediate joining.
