Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated EdTech Recruiter to join our team for a permanent work-from-home position. Candidates must have at least six months of recruiter experience in EdTech sales hiring and should not currently be pursuing education. The role offers a monthly compensation up to Rs 15,000 plus incentives.

Work Schedule

The working hours will be from 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM, six days a week (Monday through Saturday).

Key Responsibilities

Partner with clients to thoroughly understand their hiring needs and open roles.
Identify and attract candidates using multiple sourcing channels such as job portals, social media platforms, and professional networks.
Evaluate candidates' qualifications and suitability by reviewing resumes and applications.
Conduct initial phone screenings and interviews to gauge candidates' skills, experience, and cultural alignment.
Arrange and coordinate interviews between candidates and clients efficiently.
Maintain detailed and current records of candidate information and recruitment processes.
Keep abreast of industry trends, recruitment methodologies, and labor market dynamics.
Establish and nurture strong relationships with both clients and candidate pools.
Provide management with consistent updates and reports on recruitment progress and activities.

Candidate Requirements

Solid understanding of recruitment strategies, best practices, and tools.
Strong ability to engage effectively with candidates and clients, fostering good rapport.
Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Proven organizational and time management skills to handle a dynamic work pace.
Comfortable working in a fast-moving environment.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
Possession of a personal laptop or desktop is mandatory.
