직무 설명
Key Responsibilities
- Carry out preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance on plant-wide electrical machinery and systems.
- Install, test, troubleshoot, and repair motors, motor control centers (MCCs), transformers, switchgear, control panels, and electrical distribution infrastructures.
- Contribute to electrical tasks involved in plant expansion, modifications, and upgrade projects.
- Conduct routine inspections of electrical equipment and promptly report any abnormalities encountered.
- Diagnose electrical malfunctions and perform timely repairs to reduce downtime.
- Assist with cable installation, termination, panel wiring, and commissioning of electrical equipment.
- Keep updated electrical drawings, maintenance logs, and inspection documentation.
- Ensure adherence to electrical safety standards, lockout/tagout (LOTO) procedures, and organizational policies.
- Support shutdown maintenance undertakings and address emergency breakdown repairs as needed.
- Collaborate with production, maintenance, and project teams to ensure effective work execution.
- Oversee the maintenance of lighting systems, power distribution networks, and secondary equipment.
- Help test protective relays, circuit breakers, and other electrical protection devices.
- Engage in continuous improvement efforts to boost equipment reliability and energy efficiency.
- Maintain cleanliness and order in electrical rooms, workshops, and work areas.
- Perform additional job-related duties as assigned by supervisors.
Qualifications
- Diploma or technical certificate in Electrical Engineering, Electrical Technology, or related field.
- 3 to 7 years of hands-on experience in industrial electrical maintenance, especially within manufacturing, utilities, or paper mill environments.
- Proficient with motors, MCCs, transformers, switchgear, variable frequency drives (VFDs), and industrial electrical systems.
- Ability to interpret electrical schematics, drawings, and technical manuals.
- Strong understanding of electrical safety regulations and fault diagnosis techniques.
- Experience in industrial project involvement and electrical equipment commissioning is preferable.
