Job Overview

This role is responsible for producing intricate architectural designs and detailed schematics across various projects. The engineer will analyze project requirements, develop refined architectural systems, and ensure all designs comply with relevant industry standards. Collaboration with engineers and stakeholders will be key to delivering cost-efficient and visually appealing solutions aligned with project goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop comprehensive architectural layouts, designs, and schematics meeting project criteria and statutory codes.
• Perform spatial analyses, design simulations, and assess performance to guarantee functionality and compliance.
• Prepare and maintain accurate documentation including drawings, specifications, and reports.
• Ensure design compliance with national and local building regulations, safety guidelines, and quality assurance processes.
• Collaborate with engineers, architects, clients, and stakeholders to integrate architectural components with overall systems and communicate design concepts effectively.
• Oversee design revisions to ensure alignment with project objectives and standards.
• Resolve technical challenges during project implementation through design testing and innovative problem-solving.
• Keep abreast of emerging industry trends, technologies, and best practices to improve design workflows and outputs.

Educational Background

A Bachelor's degree in Architectural Engineering is mandatory.

Experience Required

Candidates should have 4 to 6 years of relevant work experience in architectural design engineering.
