Job Overview

Key Responsibilities
- Assist with collecting, cleaning, and validating data to maintain high-quality datasets.
- Support the creation of basic reports, dashboards, and data summaries for stakeholders.
- Document data processes and maintain data records organized and up to date.

Qualifications and Skills
- Basic experience in data handling, including collection, cleaning, and validation using spreadsheet software or entry-level analytics tools.
- Ability to interpret and produce simple charts, reports, and dashboards with attention to detail.
- Strong numerical and critical thinking skills to detect patterns, trends, and data quality problems.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills for presenting findings and collaborating with colleagues.
- Organizational aptitude to manage multiple assignments, prioritize tasks, and document procedures systematically.
- Comfort working in a flexible hybrid setup, requiring presence on site in Sydney as well as remote work.
