About the Role
We are seeking several skilled executive assistants to join The Anchor Assistant team as independent contractors. This role involves supporting busy founders, CEOs, and executives by maintaining the flow of their daily activities through diverse administrative functions.

- Following up proactively on pending matters
- Scheduling meetings and events seamlessly
- Coordinating travel arrangements
- Handling client communications professionally
- Providing general administrative and operational assistance
- Ensuring open tasks and issues do not slip through unnoticed

Successful candidates will be proactive, attentive to detail, composed under pressure, and capable of creating structure independently without detailed instructions. Qualifications and Skills
- Experience as an executive assistant, administrator, operations coordinator, project coordinator, or client support professional
- Excellent, clear, and professional communication abilities
- A keen eye for detail that others might overlook
- Strong follow-through skills, able to complete tasks without continuous reminders
- Efficient management of emails, calendars, and conflicting priorities
- Comfort with remote, independent work settings
- Understanding that exceptional support entails easing the workload and life of the supported executive beyond simple task completion
